Manuel de Ribera

I wrote and co-directed this feature film.

"At the age of 48, Manuel De Ribera gets an unusual inheritance: an uninhabited island in southern Chile, situated facing a small fishing bay. De Ribera is alienated from his friends and family; he's a jack of all trades and master of none and he grabs this opportunity to wrestle himself free from a society in which he just can't take root. He wants to create a spot on the island where he can determine and maintain his own rules and values." – IFFR
